1. Send us a message from your app. In the "Help" section of your app, you should see a button in the top right corner that either says "Contact Us" (on iOS) or shows an arrow/message icon (for Android). Clicking this will pull up a form you can fill out, requesting assistance or providing us feedback. When you click send, that message will be sent to our Customer Service team, and someone will respond as soon as possible by emailing you back. These emails will come from "Greenlight Support" and will be sent to the email address you provided when signing up for Greenlight. If you send us a message and don't see a response from us within 24 hours, please make sure to check any Spam or Junk folders in your email, and then send us another request if necessary.
2. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you don't have your app handy, or you're having troubles logging in or signing up, you can send us an email at the address above and one of our team members will respond as soon as possible.
3. Fill out a Contact Form on our website, www.greenlightcard.com. You can find the "Contact Us" form at the bottom of the website's main page. After filling out and submitting the form, one of our team members will respond as soon as possible via email.
