How can I get in touch with Greenlight?

  4. Message us from your app:
    1. From the Parent Settings, click "Help"
    2. A button should then appear in the top right corner that says "Contact Us" (on iOS) or shows an arrow/message icon (on Android).
    3. Select "Send us a Message"
    4. Once you click "Send," that message will be sent to our Customer Service team, and someone will respond as soon as possible via email.

These emails will come from "Greenlight Support" and will be sent to the email address you provided when signing up for Greenlight. If you send us a message and don't see a response from us within 24 hours, please make sure to check any Spam or Junk folders in your email, and then send us another request if necessary.
