My child's card is lost/stolen. What do I do?

Don't worry - We've got you! If your child loses his card, or the card was stolen:

  1. Log on to your mobile app and turn the card off. This will freeze the card, ensuring no transactions can be made.
  2. Call us at (888) 483-2645! Parents can request a new card to be sent to your address.
    • Note - A replacement card cannot be requested from a child account- parents will have to call, instead.

3.  In the meantime, we recommend you read back through your Cardholder Agreement for information on how to handle potential unauthorized purchases made from a lost/stolen card.
