My child's card is lost/stolen, what do I do?

Don't worry - we've got you! If your child loses his card or the card was stolen, follow these steps:

1. Log on to your mobile app, tap on the child whose card was lost/stolen, and then tap “Card is ON.” This will prompt a pop-up, confirming that you want to turn off the card. Once you’ve confirmed that you want to turn the card off, we will freeze the card, ensuring no transactions can be made.

2. Next, call us at (888) 483-2645 and request a new card to be sent to your address.

Please note: a replacement card cannot be requested from a child account, parents will have to call, instead.

In the meantime, we recommend you read back through your Cardholder Agreement for information on how to handle potential unauthorized purchases made from a lost/stolen card.
