What is a PIN?
A PIN is a 4-digit Personal Identification Number that is used when making purchases with your debit card. Some merchants require you to enter your PIN to complete your transaction.
How do I set or reset my PIN?
After your card has been activated in the Greenlight app, you will see the option to ‘Set Debit PIN.’ If you do not set a PIN right away, you’ll continue to see a pop-up when you log into your app, prompting you to set your PIN.
If you need to reset your PIN, simply tap on the settings gear icon in the upper right hand corner of your dashboard and choose “Reset debit PIN.” Then, enter a new 4-digit number, verify the number by re-entering it, and save.
