Why was my purchase declined?

If your purchase gets declined, double check these things:

1. Did you make the purchase at a store that is compliant with Greenlight's Terms of Service? Remember, certain transactions will not be approved with the Greenlight card. Learn more by visiting us at greenlightcard.com/terms.

2. Did you have an approved greenlight set for that particular store? Did it have sufficient funding to cover the purchase amount?

3. Did you have money in your Spend Anywhere greenlight that could be used to cover the purchase amount?
