My card is lost/stolen. What do I do?

Don't worry - We've got you! If you lose your card or your card was stolen:

  1. Log on to your mobile app, and then tap ‘Card is ON’ from your spend dashboard. This will prompt a pop-up confirming that you want to turn the card off. Once you’ve confirmed that you want to turn the card off, we will freeze your card, ensuring no transactions can be made.
  2. Have your parents call us at (888)483-2645 to order a replacement card for you.
  3. In the meantime, we recommend you and your parents read back through your Cardholder Agreement for information on how to handle potential unauthorized purchases made from a lost/stolen card.
