If you see ‘pending loads’ in your parent’s wallet, that means that you’ve initiated a load from your debit card or bank account that is not yet available in your Parent’s Wallet.
These loads could be:
- Loads from a debit card that has yet to be verified.
- Loads from a bank account that has yet to be verified
- Loads from a bank account that have not cleared yet. (For security purposes, until you load a certain amount of money via your bank account, any load initiated from your bank account will take 3-4 business days to process and become available in your Parent’s Wallet).
If you do not see these deposits within 4 business days, please contact your banking service provider directly and have them take a look at the status of your bank account and your transfer.
