I sent a Greenlight Gift to the wrong email address or phone number, what should I do?

If you think you might have sent a Greenlight Gift to the wrong person please contact Greenlight customer support (support@greenlightcard.com) with your purchase receipt or Greenlight Gift redemption code. We’ll do the following:

  1. Confirm the details of the purchase with you.
  2. Re-issue the gift with a new redemption code.
  3. Send you an email with updated gift details that you can forward to the recipient.
