How do I receive a refund on a Greenlight gift I purchased?

If you would like to receive a refund on your purchase, and the gift recipient has not yet redeemed their gift code, please send us a message at support@greenlightcard.com and someone on our team will be happy to assist in refunding your purchase.

All purchases made through PayPal will be refunded directly back to your PayPal account.

Purchases made via credit card or debit card will be refunded back to the original card. If the card you used to purchase a Greenlight Gift has been closed please contact your card issuer to retrieve your funds.
