I've completed registration now want to upgrade to a Custom Card, how can I change my order?

Once you’ve completed registration, you are more than welcome to upgrade your order to a Custom Card. Please note, if you make this order within one business day post-registration, you will only receive one Custom Card for your child and not the standard card.


Any Custom Card orders made more than two business days after registration will result in the delivery of two cards to your child: a standard Greenlight Card and your Custom Card. If you do receive two cards, please destroy the card you do not wish to use, and make sure to verify the card you will use within the Greenlight App.


If you'd like to order a Custom Card, here are some easy steps to follow:

  1. On the Parent Dashboard of the app, you will see a prompt within the Notifications section of the screen titled "Customize Child's card" (there is a separate option for each child). This is also accessible from your Child Dashboard.
  2. Tap on the notification and you will be taken to the Custom Card page.
  3. Follow the steps to order your new card.
  4. Once you have chosen an image you want to use, select a funding option to cover the $9.99 charge, then tap Confirm Order.
