What do I do if my card doesn't arrive?

Once your parent completes registration, your cards will arrive by USPS mail within 7-10 business days.

If your card has not arrived within 11 business days, please have your parent or guardian send us a message re-confirming your correct shipping address at support@greenlightcard.com and our team will be happy to take a look into your account and re-issue your cards. We will never charge a fee to send a replacement.
